These terms cover using cubehausmc.com and buying our products. We've kept them as short and plain as we can.

Who we are

This site is run by Cubehaus ("we", "us"). We make Minecraft server assets: builds, textures and models. You can reach us on our Discord; see Contact us.

Buying from us

  • Payments are taken by PayNow, who act as the merchant of record: they process the payment, handle sales tax and send your receipt. When you pay, you also agree to PayNow's Terms of Use and Buyer Agreement.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any tax for your country is shown at checkout.
  • Products are digital downloads. Your download link appears straight after payment and is emailed to you.

Using what you buy

Every product comes with our licence, which says how you may use it. In short: use it on your own servers and projects; don't resell or share the files.

Refunds

See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Using this site

  • Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site.
  • Don't use the site to do anything unlawful.
  • Product images and text on this site belong to Cubehaus. Please don't copy them without asking.

Product requirements

Each product page lists the plugins and versions it needs, and what we tested it on. Plugins such as ItemsAdder are made by other people and aren't included. Please check the requirements before you buy.

Our responsibility to you

We make our products carefully and describe them honestly. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen, or for problems caused by other people's plugins, server software or changes to Minecraft. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms that applied when you bought something apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any disputes. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim where you live.
